Pay Rate: $21/hr
Shift/Working Hours: Days 8-4:30
The wage for this role is $21.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. Key responsibilities
The Equipment Operations Coordinator will manage all equipment that is placed at accounts or stored at multiple plant locations within the Kerry Brands Beverage segment. The Equipment Operations Coordinator will be responsible to assist with remanufacturing and new equipment forecasts based on required demands by the Kerry Sales team. This position will facilitate purchase orders, equipment orders, service notifications and physical inventories utilizing Kerry computer systems.
Essential Actions and Responsibilities:
Receive Equipment Orders from Sales and determine ship from location and ship to (Field Tech, 3rd Party, Ship Direct)
Enter Equipment Orders into IO Legacy SAP for shipping from pre-determined facility
Create Notification and Work Order for 3rd Party Installations, swaps and removals
Create Notification and Work Order for Field Service Tech installations, swaps and removals
Update and maintain Equipment Orders spreadsheet
Receive equipment availability from all warehouses, consolidate in tracking and review with manager
Work with 3rd Party Service Coordinator to ensure Open Service Work Orders for equipment movements are closed within the predetermined time frame
Assist with Foodservice, National, International and E-commerce equipment forecasts
Monitor all equipment placed/inventory and determine if action is required to ensure proper placement/inventory status
Create Field Equipment Inventory reports for TMs, FSTs and Third Party
Maintain shipped equipment report for monthly consensus
Facilitate periodic physical inventories of equipment for Warehouses, Field Techs, Territory Managers and 3rd Party Provider and conduct the reconciliation process
Conduct weekly Equipment Availability meeting with team
Creating assets for new equipment
Qualifications and skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
+ Strong computer skills including knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office suite of products or similar programs.
+ Excel (trackers and spreadsheets)
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities, be detailed-oriented and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Organizational skills and Excel are required.
