What You'll Be Doing

Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficientlyPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasksLoad and unload materials to support production and shipping operationsFollow site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safetyCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive mannerStrong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and operational proceduresBasic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
