What You'll Be Doing

Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficientlyMonitor plant operations and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performancePerform basic maintenance and assist with repairs on equipment and machineryMaintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and environmental standardsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks

Demonstrated ability to safely operate and maintain heavy equipmentStrong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practicesCapability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needsBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
