Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking third-party logistics provider based in Jacksonville, FL, is actively seeking experienced Equipment Operators to support their fast-paced distribution operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive team that values precision, safety, and efficiency in every aspect of the supply chain. Ideal candidates will bring at least three years of recent experience operating a variety of powered industrial trucks, including Sit-Down Forklifts (Slip Sheet AKA Push-Pull experience is a huge plus), Cherry Pickers, and Stand-Up Reach Trucks. The Day-to-Day:

Operate Sit-Down Forklifts and RF scanners to unload inbound freight and stage materials.Utilize Reach Trucks to replenish picking areas and manage inventory storage.Use Cherry Pickers to retrieve and transport items from high storage locations.Safely move products between staging zones and outbound shipping areas.Receive, inspect, and relocate incoming materials to assigned warehouse locations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum 3 years of recent experience operating PIT equipment (Reach Truck, Forklift, Cherry Picker).Strong proficiency with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Compliance with all PPE requirements – steel-toed boots are mandatory.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 to $20.00 /per hr
