Job Summary:
The Equipment Operator will operate a variety of equipment, trucks, and tractors for the purpose of mountain and utility repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities.
Job Specifications:
Starting wage: $20.00 - $28.98 / hour Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round Four fixed - 10 hour days with the possibility of overtime Skill level: Entry
Job Responsibilities:
Operate pickup trucks and a variety of equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and tractors for the purpose of street, utility repair, maintenance, snow removal and construction. Provide excellent internal and external guest service. Monitor all equipment and make sure that all issues are addressed promptly and communicated with leads and manager. Operate light equipment such as shovels, rakes, back pack blowers, weed whips, power brooms and other hand operated tools. Perform routine traffic control to facilitate safe traffic flow. Provide labor for street operation maintenance, waste and litter removal, recycling efforts, and special event support. Attend Company training classes as required for position. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Valid Drivers license and clean driving record - required High school diploma or equivalent - required Able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently - required Able to lift and carry 50 lbs - required Able to work outdoors in an alpine environment
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $28.98. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
