Position Summary Responsible for operating a variety of off-road trucks and equipment utilized in aggregates/mining sites. Requirements  Perform daily inspections of the vehicleObserve visual and auditory signals during vehicle operation  Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to supervisor, clean equipmentExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skillsDozer, excavator, and loader experience.Minimum Education and Experience  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceMinimum 1-year previous experience in a role with similar responsibilities.Physical Requirements & Conditions  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and seasonsAbility to lift 75 poundsMust be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling machinery. Working Conditions The job will require operating large equipment which is typically air conditioned. There will be times when outside assignments may require periods of work in all weather conditions, heat, cold, wet, or dry. May have exposure to dust, sand, gravel, diesel exhaust, etc.
