Equipment Operator / Boiler Tech Trainee

A well-established and fully integrated forest product company, proudly rooted in the Flathead Valley, is looking for an Equipment Operator/Boiler Tech Trainee. We are looking for a safety conscience, reliable Equipment Operator who wants to learn the boiler operator world. We need someone committed to the schedule and who is interested in training to become a Boiler Operator in the future.  As the Equipment Operator, you would mix wood chip waste to feed the boiler and assist the boiler operators in the control room.

Pay: $24.17/hour plus an additional $0.45/hour on nights

Schedule: 

Dupont Schedule: rotating 12-hour shifts with turnaround/some weekend work required 3 nights, 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. 4 days, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts are scheduled a month in advance allowing you to schedule your own calendar in advance
