Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a 3rd Shift Inserter Operator who is experienced in running high-speed inserters, such as BlueCrest, Kern, and/or Bell and Howell, to work in our Arden Hills, Minnesota location.

Your Responsibilities:

Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.Check paper for type, size, color and quantity.Check plates for correct formatVisually inspect forms throughout run for qualityCoordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.

Your Shift:

Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am

You Must Have:

Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerancesHigh degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.High degree of mechanical abilityGood reading ability.

Requirements Within This Position:

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
