Equipment Performance Management Coordinator

Job Description

Develop, manage and analyze structured dataset of ASML equipment performance, and create performance analysis report for company-wide usage. Perform data analysis of ASML equipment to identify resolutions and/or improvement points of system performance through complete and accurate data analysis.Recommend and implement improvements to the hardware and/or associated methodologies/procedures pertaining to the Performance Management operation.Define bottlenecks/disturbances of ASML equipment that affect our performance and related KPIs, and support stakeholders in the investigation to identify proper solutions.Coordinate and collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to solve escalated problems on equipment performance management.Ensure technical and administrative documentation is completed in a clear, concise and timely manner. Ensure proper written and oral communications with related stakeholders, and prepare and present as required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or above.

Experience

Above 3 years of relevant experience.Data analysis based on statistical knowledge is preferred.

Excellent skills on Excel (high skills in formular, Macro, VBA, etc)Data handling and reporting (Excel, Spotfire, Power BI, etc)Data automation (VBA, Python, etc)Fluent EnglishGood analytical, communicative and social skillsCapable of dealing with a broad range of technical subjectsFocused on quality, continuous improvement

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
