Essential Functions:

Make the daily schedule and obtain commitments from all vendors, Tank washes and Shops Ensure equipment is ready for use at the appointed time, utilizing all equipment and sources to do so Manage tank washes to include vendors with expectations and to institute and keep track of NCR's that evolve this positions scope of operations. Work with Maintenance facility on a daily basis to ensure all trailers are in a high level of repair and in full compliance to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all QC preventative maintenance standards Assist Load planner in making asset assignments, ensuring that complete work assignments can be sent to all drivers Cross Train with Load Planner to provide backup support as needed Other duties as assigned

Education

College degree preferred HS Diploma or equivalent preferred

 

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities (Competencies)

2 –3 years’ experience Dispatcher or Transportation Operations Experience Basic knowledge of company’s various business operations Computer knowledge Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Strong analytical skills Good communication skills and ability to deal with people TMW software experience desired
