参加项目daily meeting（内容包括前一天生产状况，良率等的分析和改善措施）根据每天项目生产计划准备SMT程序和相应的上料清单每天生产良率的控制和改善生产不良品的跟踪分析和改善机器抛料的控制和改善ECPH(equipment component per head) 和 LBR（Line Balance Rate）的改善参加项目里QIP meeting/NPI kick off  meeting/ECO meetingECO 执行NPI trail run

全日制本科学历 机械，电气相关专业2年及以上电子制造行业制程工程或是设备工程相关经验英语读写熟练，听说能力佳的优先考虑。优秀的沟通表达能力逻辑思维清晰，擅于总结发现问题并改善。
