Contractor personnel must demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise (SME) proficiency in the discipline they provide support to, and possess the following certifications:\n

Equipment Readiness Analyst shall possess:\n

\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or Business Management.\n

\u2022 OR\n

\u2022 5+ years' experience in Data Analytics at the Brigade (BDE) Support Operations Level or the Division Logistics Management Level.\n
\n

AND\n

\u2022 Common Core GCSS-Army Training and Certification system (GTRAC) certifications: GCSS-A Overview, Basic Navigation, Intermediate Navigation, Data Mining, Process Flow, and Using the EUM+. AND\n

\u2022 Select Business Area Specific GTRAC Certificates: Equipment Records Part Specialist, Maintenance Supervisor, and S4.\n

AND\n

\u2022 Any two Supplemental GTRAC Training Certificate\n

\u2022 Contractor Employee must have a Secret Clearance.
