The primary role of Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products. Key deliverables include, managing the day-to-day production & planning functions for manufacturing whilst supporting changing demands. Programming, set-up, and monitoring of the production equipment/processes and performing assembly operations. Ensuring compliance to ResMed’s Quality, OH&S, GMP policies and regulatory requirements.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

Coordinate, perform breakdown and preventative maintenance activities for Production equipment.

Conduct equipment/tool set-up required to meet production requirement.

Provide support to Engineering team on troubleshooting and validation activities.

Document/record all maintenance activities as required for Production equipment.

Comply with all standard maintenance and operating procedures, GMP, 5S and Health and Safety policies.

Promote a safe working environment by following Health and Safety guidelines, as well as implementing and closing out actions for the continuous improvement of workplace safety.

Contribute to continuous improvement activities to change or adapt existing maintenance methods and/or schedules to improve efficiency.

Provide support to other departments to ensure that new projects/equipment are delivered, installed and maintained on time and to the highest standard.

Perform other tasks as required.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Strong hands-on skills in Mechanical, Electrical and Pneumatic devices and systems and able to read and interpret electromechanical drawings.

Experience in performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment.

Good written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to change and able to build strong working relationships.

Good understanding of computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Oracle.

Able to work in a fast-moving and demanding team environment.

Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.

Proactively self-manage and complete work to the highest standards in a timely manner
