Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade equipment Diagnose equipment problems and implement solutionsUse equipment tracking systems to acquire equipment history and ensure that record keeping and documentation is in the equipment tracking systemPerform preventive maintenance and calibrations on area equipmentAlign with standardized procedures and guidelines, and stays current on process and equipment procedureRespond to equipment issues in a timely mannerOperate equipment to check the quality of performanceResolve when calibrations and PMs are due, ensure they are conducted on time, and perform them according to the documentationAssist the engineering group with process developmentsMonitor the overall efficiency data and interpret resultsIdentify and accurate problems, and equipment inaccuracies or inefficienciesAnticipate and analyze problems, generate alternative solutions, select the best solution, and develop an action planIdentify and drive equipment and process improvementsRemain actively involved in quality improvement, and utilize data and other information to justify improvementsMaintain a clean, safe, and accident-free work environmentHave experience in Pick and Place (KNS machines), Router, AOI inspection will be advantage.Requirement:
Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.Candidate with experience in Pick and Place (KNS machines), Router, AOI inspection will be an added advantage.About Micron Technology, Inc.
