Maintaining, Operating and cleaning the plant washing systems.
Setting appropriate levels of cleaning chemicals and concentrations, setting wash cycles, and monitoring the cleaning processes, of all systems.
Monitoring chemical tank effectiveness and scheduling tank replenishment cycle that is coordinated with management.
Coordination of tank dumps and cleanouts with Wastewater operations

**How You'll Create Possibilities**
**Chemical management** :
+ Maintaining chemical levels in the washing tanks, following safety protocols for handling chemicals, and disposing of waste properly.
+ Operating Wash system efficiently to maximize chemical usage.
**Quality control** :
Checking parts for cleanliness after washing, identifying and addressing any cleaning issues, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
**Machine Maintenance** :
Cleaning and maintaining the washing equipment, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues, and performing basic troubleshooting.
**Documentation** :
Keeping records of cleaning processes, chemical usage, and part batches.
**Position Requirement**
+ Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining industrial cleaning equipment
+ Understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling procedures
+ Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and quality control
+ Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
+ Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting parts
**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Ability to engage in logical processes for troubleshooting.
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to create records and observations.
+ Articulates issues, problems and processes clearly.
+ Demonstrates a strong commitment to plant safety activities, practices, and standards.
+ Willingness to work indoors and outdoors.
+ Ability to use a computer and competent in Microsoft Office.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Industrial setting with exposure to cleaning chemicals, fumes, and noise
+ May involve working in wet or humid conditions
Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles and aprons.
