The Manager of International Equity Operations will oversee all international equity operations, ensuring compliance with various international regulations and managing equity transactions for all international entities. This role requires a strong focus on international compliance, quick response to audits, and collaboration with the mobility team on equity taxation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for accurate reporting, supporting financial close and audit processes across global entities, and collaborating with various teams, including tax, legal, and equity administration, to ensure seamless execution of equity programs and maintain compliance with jurisdiction-specific requirements.
The impact you willl have:
International Entities Management:Oversee equity operations for all international entities. Process international option exercises and releases. Reconcile year-to-date stock-pay international transactions. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with international regulations, including Australia ESS Statements, China SAFE, Israel Trustee Relationship, and Singapore Expat Terminations. Manage international mobile employee taxation and education. Handle tax reporting to the Tax Team. Respond promptly to international audits for countries such as Australia, China, India, and Israel. Project Management:
Lead and participate in various ad hoc projects. Collaborate closely with the mobility team on equity taxation matters. Manage future scope projects, including international ESPP enrollment and purchases. Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile international equity transactions and support local financial audits in regions like Australia, Israel, and China. Enhance the employee experience with equity education and communication in global markets. Utilize and optimize tools and systems for managing international equity operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Support the tax team in preparing filings and reconciling equity-related tax liabilities for international jurisdictions. Stay informed about global tax regulations affecting equity administration and ensure compliance.
What we look for:
Experience: Extensive experience in international equity operations and compliance. Strong understanding of international tax regulations and compliance deadlines. Experience with mobility for equity taxation. Project management experience is preferred but not required. Skills: Great attention to detail Ability to respond quickly to international audits. Strong collaboration skills to work with tax, legal, and equity administration teams. Certifications: Required to have completed CEP Level 3 (Certified Equity Professional).

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range.
