What is the opportunity?

Coverage of liquid products to US-based institutional clientsAccountable to convert existing client base and bring new mature client relationshipsExpand ability of desk to cover more clients and expand market shareTeam up with Cash Sales to monetize the client franchise further

What will you do?

Cover clients for listed and OTC options, light exotics and delta 1 swaps.Contribute to content generation of the business.Engage with and liaise with key partners of Global Equities, Commodities, Rates, FX, Macro, CreditProvide desk ideas, client coverage focus and expand market shareBook trades and suggest initiatives for automation and improvementWork closely with Sales, Trading, Functional partners to align our products with client demandDevelop, foster and manage a strong working partnership across Global Markets Sales & Trading teams to drive alignment and synergiesProactively identify credit and operational risks/ control deficiencies in the businessReview and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activitiesEscalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis.

What do you need to succeed?

Job requires experience in the financial markets and equity business.  Knowledge of options pricing is requiredEquity derivatives sales and trading requires a level of technical skills to understand first and second order effects of stock prices upon options.  The candidate’s background has leveraged these skills into an already successful career in equity derivatives sales. Order management systems and client coverage bookingWell-developed interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office toolsSeries 3, 7, 57 and 63

The good-faith expected salary for the above position is $300,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.  This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
