The registered capital of HSBC Qianhai is RMB1.8 billion. The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) holds 90% of the shares, while Qianhai Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. 2. Job Description

As part of the sales team supporting the growing business, the candidate will primarily focus on below responsibilities:

Ø Build and maintain business relationships with target institutional accounts.

Ø Work closely externally with client’s investment and research personnel and internally with HSBC research and corporate access teams.

Ø Provide account coverage services to domestic and offshore institutional accounts.

Ø Support brokerage division strategic initiatives and day to day client activities.

Ø Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to achieve positive outcome.

Ø Demonstrate high professionalism.

Ø Understand, follow and demonstrate full compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of HSBC, also in line with the Code of Conduct.

Ø Conduct and support ad hoc projects where applicable .

Ø Thorough understanding of domestic and international capital markets and sales business.

Ø Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in sales positions.

Ø Must complete SAC licensing exam including investment advisory qualification, within 6-months of onboarding.

Ø Strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
