Solicits clients to open equities trading accounts with USI; Build on existing and develop new relationships with USI clients, providing advice on equity market developments and key issues that may affect their trading strategies. Coordinates the proper filling up of Customer Account Information Forms and submits the necessary accompanying documents; Receives, executes, and confirms all client orders and instructions; Fills up necessary order slip as a requirement in receiving orders; Coordinates with settlements, accounting, research any client requests or instructions, and vice-versa’ Attends to client's concerns and complaints; Updates clients with their positions and follows up to operations their monthly ledgers; Gives research materials to clients; Maintains good relations and networks with other brokers; Attends stockholders’ meetings, company briefings, sales and marketing events and presents to clients, if necessary, regarding the importance of investing in the stock market. Other tasks that may be assigned from to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.
