Should be strong in communication and analytical skills.
Researching and gathering business/system requirements through the facilitation of meetings with end users.Analyzing current processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities and solutions.Business Data Analysis for requirements and business queries using SQL Queries & SQL tools.Decomposing abstract and complex details/concepts into business and functional requirements that can be understood by the stakeholders (i.e. end users, developers, testers, etc.)Developing conceptual modeling and process workflows to illustrate current and future statesDocumenting trade life cycle process flows.Developing detailed business and functional requirement documentsCommunicating (verbal and written) project details and concepts to various audiencesPreparing end user documentation and facilitating end user trainingReviewing Test Cases and providing feedback/approval, coordinating testing effortsDefining the business deployment strategy and facilitating the business deploymentsLeading the end-to-end SDLC.
