Education:

Degree from an accredited programMaster’s level training preferred.Current certification

Licensure and Certifications:

Current IL LicenseCurrent DEA and Controlled Substance LicenseCurrent ACLS/PALSCurrent CPR

Experience:

2 years of emergency medicine experience as an APP is required
