Function / Department P&O Refer to Head of ER & Projects APAC Location Beijing Overall role and responsibility The overall responsibility is to ensure P&O practices’ legal compliance, market competitiveness, and employee well-being through proactive monitoring, partnership fostering, policy leadership, benefit program optimization, and continuous policy improvement. Main tasks + Proactively follow market legislation development and timely adaptation. + Foster strong relationships with key partners and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. + Lead regional harmonization projects for policies, benefits, and handbooks, ensuring effective planning, communication, and implementation. + Drive and coordinate benefit program optimization with the support from Regional Rewards Partner. + Support continuous improvement of regional policies from an employee wellbeing perspective and conduct internal audits for ER and policy implementation. + Provide guidance, training, and coaching to managers and employees on policy interpretation, employment law, and compliance. + Offer advice and counsel to people managers on complex labor and employee relations matters. + Drive regular review and continuous policy/Employee Handbook development to secure legal compliance, Novonesis value fit, and market competitiveness. Qualifications / competences + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. + Proven experience in employee relations, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. + Proven project management experience is preferred. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. + Cross culture communication experience is preferred Could our purpose be yours?
