The following position is to join our BBN team:
RTX BBN solves challenging problems of high importance to our customers in the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community and Industry by rapidly prototyping systems for sensing complex physical phenomena, correlating them to events of interest, and producing high-value, actionable information from the sensed data. BBN is seeking an engineer knowledgeable in digital signal processing and the radio frequency (RF) domain to join our team of electrical engineers, physicists, and mathematicians as we build and deliver advanced prototype systems that exploit the RF spectrum. Candidate will work under the guidance of a senior engineer on small, applied research projects where we design and implement advanced signal processing algorithms in novel hardware, implement on real-time hardware, test in a lab environment, then validate in an over-the-air field environment.
What You Will Do:
Work with a small team on cutting-edge research and development projects.Collaborate with world class researchers and engineers that embrace innovation and challenge the status quo.Assist in engineering activities such as system integration, software and hardware testing and troubleshooting, algorithm and data analysis using Matlab, embedded development and test scripting using C/C++.Contribute to technical reports, proposals, publications and presentations.Position may require some amount of overnight travel.Qualifications You Must Have:
MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other relevant field or BS with minimum 2 years of direct work experience.Development experience using C, C++, Python, Matlab, and/or Java applied to signal processing challenges.U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.What We Offer:

The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
