Develops program governance processesWorks with leaders to implement into operations via training and consultationManages succession planningDevelops and manages documentation templates/toolkitsMonthly data reportingEmpowers ERG leadership teams to set and reach their respective ERG goalsCoordinates vendor management and ERG budget breakdownsManages deliverable tracking support for all ERG activities, as it connects to broader DIB TeamManages new ERG member additions to channelsSupports tool access for ERG leaders/collaborators (e.g. Sharepoint).
