**Please review the following job description:**
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Officer I is a subject matter expert responsible for the implementation and execution of the assigned ERM Program requirements. Ability to independently interact with and advise stakeholders across the Risk Management Organization (RMO), business units, and control functions to deliver ERM Program execution and oversight.
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
+ Provide guidance, subject matter expertise and oversight of the assigned ERM program to ensure appropriate identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, and compliance with the assigned ERM Program and corresponding policy and procedures.
+ Implement the assigned ERM Program including policy, procedures, systems, training, monitoring, and validation to oversee effective execution of the assigned Enterprise Risk Management Program.
+ Promote enterprise risk awareness with program stakeholders throughout the corporation by assisting with the development and delivery of training activities.
+ Collaborate with IT Delivery and business stakeholders to assess, advise and decision on the execution of program deliverables.
+ Develop and maintain effective working relationships with program stakeholders in all lines of business.
+ Identify and inform aligned ERM Manager of potential risks associated with execution of aligned ERM Program.
+ Work independently to execute program requirements and take initiative to identify, document and recommend process improvement opportunities to program management and internal stakeholders.

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
+ Seven + years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Strong enterprise risk management knowledge, critical thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders and interact effectively with all levels of management.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain information to a range of audiences.
+ Adept with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Graduate degree in related field.
+ Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology platforms, including design and implementation (e.g., Archer eGRC platform).
+ Certifications in risk management or other relevant certifications.
