JSG is hiring an ERP Administrator for our client in Corona, CA. This is a 100% onsite opening. 

Salary range - $70,000-$80,000 annually 

Job Description:
ERP System Support & Maintenance: Take full responsibility for daily administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users. System Configuration & Optimization: Assist in configuring, testing, and implementing system updates to ensure the ERP system aligns with business objectives. User Training & Documentation: Provide training to employees on ERP processes, answer system-related queries, and maintain clear, accessible documentation. Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry, help generate reports and dashboards, and monitor overall system performance. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and other departments to understand ERP needs and ensure seamless functionality. EDI & Integration Assistance: Learn to manage electronic data interchange (EDI) processes and support system integrations. Some experience or coursework related to ERP administration, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Reporting experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL. Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn. A basic understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, purchasing, sales) is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. A degree or relevant certification in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus but not required. #D800
