ERP Applications Specialist - Esker

SCOPE OF ROLE

The IT Application Specialist III will play a critical role in supporting and executing projects on the ESKER platform, integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, and enhancing Sales and Finance functions, specifically Accounts Payables (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR). This position focuses on integrating EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions, SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) processes along with other Integration solutions. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency. This individual is responsible for aspects of our ESLER platform that interacts with Major ERPs (SAP and Oracle) either for Sales or Finance Functions, including fully understanding the capabilities and limitations of the Functions within the ESKER platform, as well as providing module configuration and analysis support. As part of the overarching Integration Center of Excellence, this position will play a key role in future ESKER implementations across Regal Rexnord, as well as delivering process improvements to the business. This position will work closely with business subject matter experts as well as others within IT to ensure strong alignment between the business requirements/needs and the application solutions/services. Experience in Esker Document Automation and any other Integration tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand Regal Rexnord SAP Global Template and provide ESKER solutions to ensure strong alignment between the business requirements/needs and the application solutions/services. Work closely with multiple Corporate and Business functions to ensure the Integration source designs meet the performance and availability requirements per the Integration Development roadmap.Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions and projects on the ESKER platform, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle and SAP ERP systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure project success. Continuously expand knowledge of data, processes, and integration points with other SAP modules, as well as SAP and industry standard best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve Platform and integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. Collaborate with ERP and other platform teams to optimize system performance and functionality.Support value realization initiatives through consistent system utilization, best practice business processes, and standardized controls across business units and geographical areas.Strong functional, communication and organization skills, with ability to effectively meet deadlines and milestones as well as provide timely updates.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.Assist team members and customers with problem solving related to software application performance and usage.Support Esker Document Automation Processes.  (Order Management, Smart Document Automation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables)

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive experience in ERPs like SAP with understanding of Finance modules (AR and AP) and Order To Cash flows.5+ years of experience implementing enterprise application integration (EAI) using any Integration tools/technology.Current SAP ECC 6.0 Finance (FI) and Sales & Distribution (SD) knowledge and experience.A functional/technical professional with at least two full lifecycle SAP ECC 6.0 implementations.ESKER Platform Knowledge is a definite advantage. Knowledge of ESKER platform and its Integration with ERP systems.Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP hands-on configuration and implementation/support.Proven ability to provide configuration and analysis support for the FI module with complete understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the native SAP functional solution.Strong understanding of integration point with other SAP modules (PP/MM/SD/CO/BW/VC).Ability to solve complex technical problems and design robust, scalable integration solutions. Advanced competency in object-oriented design, data structures, integration design patterns, and complexity analysis.Experience developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing best practice business solutions while meeting multiple deadlines.Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow–on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.Demonstrated proficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical audience.Acute attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment.Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple platforms while further developing your career.Bachelor’s Degree required

Travel: 25% of time – mostly during project milestones, kaizen or similar events
