Filtration Group is looking for an ERP Business Analyst. The role is imperative to the success of our North America and Europe ERP users. Your skills will be needed to work with end users to evaluate challenges and generate effective solutions.
Responsibilities Requires critical thinking, troubleshooting, validation testing, write-ups, and professional communication both internally and externally.Serve as subject matter expert for the following areas:Sales Order EntryPrice listsPicking TicketsAllocationsShippingInvoicingEcommerce PlatformsProvide end-user assistance, troubleshooting application or technical issues, and ensuring effective solutions and support continuityAnalyze requested changes and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions, work with technical team as needed to implement solutions.Actively participate in QAD application projects, both regionally and globallyCollaborate with stakeholders to create policies and procedures to support the QAD ERP system Conduct targeted QAD training sessions to elevate end-user competency and familiarity with QADServe as a liaison between business personnel and technical resources, facilitating effective communication and solution developmentAssist with ERP software upgrades and new site implementations Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales/Marketing Operations, Business Analysis or related area2+ years of recent experience working with QAD ERP3+ years of Filtration Group experience preferredKnowledge of collaboration software, MS Teams or Monday.com Demonstrated knowledge of functional areas within QAD Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skills; self-motivated & task orientedProfessional ‘can do’ attitude and able to maintain confidentialityDesire to learn new skills/ willingness to learnExceptional written and verbal communications skills Customer OrientedBilingual Spanish Speaking preferredApproved for domestic and international travel. Available to travel up to 25%, or more, during projects
