Role Description

Join the IT team and help positively impact our business through leading technologies, exciting and challenging enterprise projects and new platforms. The IT BT group has an exciting SAP HANA - Plant Maintenance Functional position available.

This role is responsible for leading large, complex, high-value, transformational ERP implementation projects often impacting regional or global operations. In this highly visible role, you have a great opportunity to make a significant and positive impact.

The Functional Analyst will partner with Business Manager/ Delivery Manager / Resource Managers / Execution team to staff projects and clearly articulate project team roles – both functional and technical. Responsible for developing and managing detailed project plans (with clear critical path) and budgets. The FA will manage the scope/requirements and ensure all agreed to deliverables are met while mitigating risks through robust plans. Responsible for organizational communication, training, adoption and change management. 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 Creating long- and short-term SAP Plant Maintenance plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources Mapping the business processes to SAP. Business Process Configuration on Development server (Golden Client), customization of SPRO IMG setting of business scenario. Documentation of Business Blue Print, preparing test scripts & end user manuals. Experience in creation and configuration of technical objects and master data in Plant Maintenance. Experience in creation and configuration of task list and work centers in SAP PM Experience in creation and configuration of Catalogs and Catalog profiles Experience in configuring and completing Notification complete cycle and configuration in Plant Maintenance Experience in configuring and completing PM work order life cycle in PM Integration with FI, QM, MM, PS. Unit/Integration/UAT testing of configurations and Enhancements. Preparation of Business Process Procedures / Training Documents. Have experience of using SAP Solution Manager for Change Management, Project Documentation and for Incident Management. Good Knowledge on the Ticketing Process from Remedy & ServiceNow. Assist in the definition of project scope, goals and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected. Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as neededAnalyze and evaluate requirements for systems solutions that improve business processes and increase productivity. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Liaise with global cross-functional project teams – across geographies Ensure resource availability and allocation. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor of Science Computer or 7 -10 years’ experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and integrationSAP ERP / HANA on latest version experience is a plus Sound expertise in Supply Chain Management and necessary SAP PM integrations with FICO or other standard modules.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineeringKnowledge and Skills: Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Expertise in industries including manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and public sector

Preferred Skills:

 SAP ERP/ HANA Plant Maintenance and required standard integration experience. Reading and good understanding of ABAP code Demonstrated leadership in the execution of strategic plans in a changing environment Ability to influence key stakeholders and joint teams to accomplish project and program goals Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with different organizational entities Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations. Travel’s Requirement 25% English as working language
