Position / Title: Senior Supply Chain Consultant D365FO

Main purpose of the position:
We are in process of making a digital transformation of our business by implementing D365FO as our new global ERP solution and the first step is WMS (Warehouse Management System). You will be playing a key role in clarifying business processes, specifying requirements, and designing a global ERP and WMS template in close cooperation with the project team. You will be our lead ERP senior consultant on our Bloomington/Shakopee site, which is our largest site, with both sales, operation, and manufacturing. You will be working closely together with our other 25 skilled ERP and WMS consultants, where the majority are located in HQ in Denmark. As our lead ERP and WMS senior consultant in Bloomington/Shakopee, you will also be responsible for handling critical and complex ERP and WMS incidents in NA, if our application support department are not able to solve the issue. The role also facilitates effective communication with various stakeholders throughout project & critical support lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Understand business needs and processes
· Design and implement value adding solutions in WMS and ERP
· Assess and initiate projects and change requests, maintaining compliance with GN IT governance processes.
· Manage third-tier incident and problem resolution.
· Facilitate communication and coordinate with developers during all stages of project and change request implementation to align with development priorities. Ensure seamless handover to the Support team.
· Engage in business consulting with key stakeholders; provide user training and generate or update documentation such as system overviews and Work Instructions (WIs).

· Cultivate positive relationships with key customers to better understand their needs, recognize contributions, and help users enhance their system knowledge.
· Maintain clear and high-quality communication with customers and stakeholders about ongoing tasks, including proposed solutions, resolution timelines, and information requests.
· Back up and support second-tier support queries, questions, and issues as needed.

Employees using ERP and WMS or related systems in NA, Relevant management in NA,
IT team colleagues – both internal and external consultants
Professional skills
(requirements):
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP supply chain Consultant or WMS Consultant, preferable with AX2012 or D365FO
· Prior work experience of 2 years or more in a multinational corporation is preferred.
· Relevant Microsoft ERP or WMS certifications are a plus
· Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate high self-motivation.

· Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
· Proactive approach with a strong drive for achieving performance goals.
· Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
· Flexibility and a strong commitment to keeping systems operational.
· Proficiency in English, including speaking, writing, understanding, and reading.
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $90,000 to $110,000. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Location: Onsite at (Bloomington MN/Shakopee MN) as part of a global Digital, Data & IT organization collaborating with colleagues onsite and across regions (APAC, EMEA, AMER)
Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days a week in office.
Travel Requirements: Less than 25 days per year for Training purposes.
