Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position that requires a detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and a strong background in ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules to meet business goals and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Assess current ERP and CRM configurations and identify areas for improvement within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system. • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand business processes and align technology solutions with operational needs. • Enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules to streamline workflows and improve productivity. • Provide guidance on adopting and implementing additional modules to maximize system capabilities. • Conduct onsite evaluations and remote knowledge transfers to ensure team ownership of system enhancements. • Develop and document comprehensive business requirement specifications to support configuration changes. • Utilize cloud technologies and client-side scripting to deliver effective and scalable solutions. • Work closely with IT leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Manage configuration updates and ensure compliance with best practices in system management. • Offer expertise in material requirements planning (MRP) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Requirements • Proven experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, specifically version 9.2 in manufacturing environments. • Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, including configuration and optimization. • Expertise in material requirements planning (MRP) and business process functions. • Proficiency in client-side scripting and cloud technologies. • Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and manage configuration changes. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with configuration management and system integration. • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in ERP/CRM implementations.
