Description We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team. This role requires expertise in Dynamics and a strong focus on data migration and system optimization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality results while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Manage data export processes from Dynamics systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold data integrity throughout migration. • Identify and resolve technical issues related to data migration and system functionality. • Develop and implement best practices for handling and managing exported data. • Create detailed documentation of migration processes for compliance and future reference. • Configure and optimize system settings to meet business requirements. • Design and implement APIs for seamless integration between systems. • Conduct ongoing system evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Support users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance. • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
