We are\nseeking a highly skilled ERP CRM Data Specialist to join our Operations\nteam. This role is pivotal in optimizing business processes, data integrity,\nand reporting through SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM. The ideal\ncandidate will bridge the gap between technology and business operations,\nensuring seamless data flow, system integrations, and actionable insights that\ndrive operational efficiency.

Key\nResponsibilities:

SAP ERP\n& Salesforce CRM ManagementAdminister, customize, and\n optimize SAP ERP modules to enhance operational workflowsOversee Salesforce CRM\n administration, including user management, automation, and system improvementsEnsure seamless data\n integration between SAP, Salesforce, and other business systemsData Analytics & ReportingAnalyze, interpret, and\n maintain high-quality data to drive business decisionsDevelop and maintain custom\n reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI, Tableau,\n or Salesforce Reports

What\nWe’re Looking For?

Technical\nExpertise:

 Proven experience with SAP ERP (preferably in modules like\n SD, MM, or FI)Salesforce CRM administration experience, including report\n creation and workflow automationStrong understanding of data\n management, integrations, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or\n similar)

Soft Skills & Work Style:

Preferred\n(Nice-to-Have) Experience:
