This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for students in Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems.
Responsibilities What You’ll Do:As an ERP Dashboard & Data Visualization Intern, you’ll work closely with supply chain and operations personnel to design custom dashboards and improve data visualization for better decision-making. You’ll analyze user needs, leverage D365’s reporting capabilities, and incorporate Power BI to create dynamic, easy-to-use dashboards.
Your Responsibilities:✅ Understand ERP & Data Needs:
Review available Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) training materials (SharePoint videos, case studies, and implementation lessons).Conduct interviews with relevant personnel to understand their daily data needs.Learn how data flows within D365 and where to source critical information.✅ Dashboard Development & Customization:
Design standard dashboard views by position or department to support new employees and streamline reporting.Work with individual users to customize dashboards beyond the standard reports.Ensure dashboards provide visual insights for faster, more informed decision-making.✅ Data Visualization & Reporting:
Utilize Power BI and D365 reporting tools to enhance data visualization.Build interactive, automated dashboards that simplify complex data sets.Ensure reports are intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful for all levels of management. Qualifications What We’re Looking For:✔ Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
✔ Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
✔ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
