Job Description We are currently looking for a Global ERP Data Conversion Lead to join our team who will focus on ERP Deployment projects working directly with key business leads to cleanse, extract, transform and load master data and selected transactional data. The source and destination ERP platforms may change per project. You will work closely with the ERP project leadership team, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, MDM team, and IT Management to ensure world class data quality. This role is based onsite out of our Mississauga office & reports to the Director, Global ERP. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? + Competitive compensation/pay package (Range – TBD) + Dental/Vision/Medical benefits + Life Insurance + Health Spending Account + Employee Support and Mental Wellness + Competitive matched retirement savings program – RRSP + Be part of a long standing and stable industry leader WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE; + Responsible for developing standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to convert data from legacy ERP systems into enterprise ERP platforms + Monitor recurring exception reports and initiate data clean-up opportunities + Establish Standardized Processes, Procedures and Tools for the conversion of data + Perform data mapping between ERP platforms + Reporting and Measurement of the conversion of data + Work with end users on standardization opportunities + Use knowledge of the system to help develop better efficiencies within the system + Cleansing and Normalization of the Data + Data duplication check and Cross-Referencing + Prepare Master and Transactional Data load files and/or manually input the changes directly into ERP system OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE; + Minimum 5 years’ experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (high preference for Oracle JD Edwards, but also open for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP) + 2+ years’ experience as a Master Data Management Lead and Consultant, on large and complex technology projects. + Knowledge and experience of ETL tools (eg. Oracle EDQ, Informatica) + Detail-oriented, able to look thoroughly through extensive data sets determining patterns and issues + Ability to analyze varying stakeholder concerns, proactively working with diverse groups to address concerns and build consensus + Advanced MS Excel skills + SharePoint experience is an asset. + University degree is required Additional Skills: + Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to different levels of the organization (written and verbal – i.e. PowerPoint) + Analytical and critical thinking skills + Ability to handle multiple priorities; changing course and direction as needed + Excellent verbal and written communications skills WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL; + 10% business travel slated within North America and Europe #LI-SM2 Benefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
