**What you'll bring to the team** **Help Us Shape the Future of Finance at Merlin Entertainments!** We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented **Finance Functional Analyst** to join us on a **12 month FTC** to play a key role in our Finance ERP transformation journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to blend your finance expertise and system-savviness to help deliver a game-changing platform across our global business. If you're a qualified accountant with a strong grip on Business Central and love digging into processes, testing systems, and bringing structure to change — we want to hear from you. You’ll be at the heart of our ERP programme, acting as the vital bridge between our finance teams and technical delivery experts. Your day-to-day will involve: + Partnering with finance stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements + Supporting key design activities, including Chart of Accounts and dimension build + Liaising between end users and consultants to ensure seamless solution delivery + Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) with tools like Jira to track, shake down, and validate solutions + Supporting change impact assessments, training development, and post-go-live transition **Qualifications & Experience** + Accountancy qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, ICAS) + Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – especially across AR, AP, GL, FA, Inventory, Bank, Reporting, and Purchase Ordering + A solid understanding of accounting principles and finance operations (GAAP/IFRS) + Experience supporting ERP implementations and functional testing + Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical, process-driven mindset + (Bonus points for German language skills!) **Benefits** We’re growing fast and alongside a fun and friendly environment, we offer a fabulous package and amazing prospects – ideal if you’re already fantastic and want to become even better (our magic can help here).
