Responsibilities:

Working with existing and new customers to understand their requirements and deliver the perfect solution for their needs Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design Support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the ERP Cloud products and related business Work closely with project team members, in particular, Project Managers, Solution Architects and other functional leads Work closely with other departments (eg Offshore Implementation team, Client Success Managers, Support, Development and Sales) Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP Execute the set-up of the system and assure solution consistency and customer satisfaction in relation to KPI's
