Your role and responsibilities

As IS Functional Analyst for ABB Sweden, you play an important role in the SAP set up. We have around 15 local or Global projects per year, and around 1500 changes, and our team provides different levels of support: Mainly on requirement specification, solution design review, and for larger projects, migrations and cutover strategies. There will also be possibilities to contribute to Business Area driven transitioning to S/4Hana In the role you will be reporting to IS Department Manager, and with the team be engaged with development and maintenance of system solutions and processes. The team enables business growth and transformation by adjusting existing functionalities and implementing new functionalities based on business requirements. For all SAP changes and projects, Master Data is important. The person we are searching works hands on with Master Data, supporting business operation, ensuring that connecting system can work seamlessly. Several systems are communicating and sharing data with our local SAP ECC system, we can mention global Master Data Governance system (MDG) and the Central Finance System (CFIN) which are operated from India. Your responsibilities will be test, validation, analyze data, identify inconsistencies and make sure corrections are performed. You also translate business and Global Data requirements into system set up with a deep understanding of impact of Master Data in SAP. Of course it will be some support process improvements, including interfaces to interlinked processes We have challenging years ahead of us where we will do an S/4 Hana conversion in near future. Master data will play a key role in this Conversion and the candidate will work together with Country Master Data manager and Business area representative to have correct data. Qualifications for the role

5 years of work experience with SAP ECC.Detailed knowledge of one or several logistic modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM, CS) within SAP with strong ability in customization, data migration and implementation of business processes. Experience in S/4HanaUnderstanding of business processes.Fluency in English and Swedish is important to be successful in this role.B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Data, Logistic or similar acquired knowledge.To be eligible for this position, it is a requirement to have a valid work permit in Sweden.
