Job Description Insight Global is hiring an ERP Implementation Communication Specialist to join a SLED end client. You will be a part of a multi-year ERP modernization program for migrating and upgrading on-premises Oracle E-Business Financials, Oracle Peoplesoft Human Capital Management Applications, and Kronos Workforce Management system to the latest SaaS-based Oracle Cloud ERP Platform as part of a business and technology transformation. The ERP Implementation Communication Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication throughout the entire transformation process. You will ensure all stakeholders are well-informed, engages, and aligned with the goals and progress of the ERP project. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and end-user to create and execute communication plans that enhance understanding and mitigate resistance. Responsibilities include developing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, content creation, training support, change management, feedback collection, and documentation.
