Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in Deltona, Florida, for an ERP Integration Manager. This role is a crucial part of our team, primarily dealing with IT administration and support, project management, application support, policy creation, and IT audits. The workplace is situated in a dynamic environment that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities:
• Administration and support of applications, specifically focusing on ERP (Tyler Technologies) and Microsoft Azure.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors to collaborate on new features and projects.
• Managing IT projects from the conceptualization phase through to execution and review.
• Crafting policies that support the effective and efficient operation of the IT department.
• Carrying out IT audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Providing application support to end-users, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Overseeing the application administration process, ensuring all applications are updated and functioning optimally.
• Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records and monitoring customer accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in Tyler Technologies Munis is needed.
• Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Azure is required.
• Experience in Application Support is necessary.
• A solid understanding of ERP systems and their integrations is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills are needed.
• Exceptional project management skills are essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are needed.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is required.
• The ability to lead a team and manage team tasks efficiently is needed.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
• A firm understanding of business processes and their relationship with ERP systems is required.
• The ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, from technical teams to top management, is needed.
• The ability to translate technical language into business terms for easy understanding by non-technical stakeholders is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Detail oriented certifications in ERP systems are desirable.
