Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Applications Manager (D365 Business Central) to lead their applications team. This role involves overseeing the strategy and management of business applications, ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems, and providing high-quality support to internal users. The Business Applications Manager will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining the applications portfolio while driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning and execution of strategies for business applications.
* Analyze and refine the current applications portfolio based on user needs.
* Oversee application updates and upgrades, ensuring efficient scheduling and integration with IT systems.
* Set team execution objectives and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure project success and quality service delivery.
* Monitor user requests and incidents, ensuring adherence to service levels.
* Manage the documentation of all business applications.

Qualifications:

* Degree in computer science or industrial engineering.
* Proven experience in personnel and supplier management.
* Experience in implementing manufacturing ERP systems. (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
* Familiarity with application process design management.
* Experience with BI solutions is an asset.
* Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage pressure.
* Available for occasional travel.
