ERP OTC Manager
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP OTC Manager in the Detail Oriented Services industry, located in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be working with order management, operations, and supply chain teams to develop effective end-to-end processes within the ERP, customer experience systems, and reporting/analytics platforms. Responsibilities: • Utilize management philosophy and apply the 5 Dimensions to build a high performing organization. • Act as the primary liaison between Plan to Make, Order to Cash leadership, and IT capabilities. • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the functional team to achieve valuable outcomes. • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver and support the solution, including the prioritization of requirements, making technology decisions, and participating in design, build, test, and sustain operations. • Provide expert guidance and leadership in the SAP domain to internal teams and external partners. • Oversee SAP technology and functions, connected applications, and interfaces or middleware integration supporting order to cash. • Outline strategy, scope, and end state capabilities, secure commitments, and maintain accountability for deliverables. • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements. • Contribute in conducting research of alternatives and cost/benefit analysis. • Assist with the creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans, review, and approve functional specifications and system configuration. • Demonstrate a high level of ownership, leadership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the detail-oriented services industry. • Proven expertise in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). • Proficient in cloud technologies. • Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). • Experience with Epicor and Epicor ERP systems. • Proficiency in AB Testing. • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques. • Familiarity with business process functions. • Experience in creating and interpreting business requirement documents. • Demonstrated skills in change management.
