We are seeking a dedicated ERP Transformation Specialist - Hire to Retire, to contribute to the success of our ERP Rebuild Program. This role is integral to our Hire to Retire (H2R) team, reporting directly to the H2R Business Lead **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with the H2R team to deliver activities and outcomes in alignment with Syensqo's code of conduct and program principles, including standardization, simplification, process discipline, scope management, effective change management, program governance, and future-proof solutions. + Provide regular progress updates in weekly team meetings and proactively raise risks and issues. + Lead the H2R end-to-end process by contributing insights and feedback from the respective GBU/GBS/Global function to: + Detailed design workshops + Business process modeling to Level 5, incorporating feedback from relevant functions + System configuration and master data standards + Functional specifications for developments, including system integration + Process controls and segregation of duties + Test scripts and business process scenario variants + Compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including group and executive reporting + Engage with business units to ensure defined processes are fit for purpose, facilitate solution understanding, and secure timely sign-off on deliverables. + Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure their understanding of the ERP Rebuild program, timeline, and readiness to support it. + Work closely with internal and external audit teams to ensure process controls and segregation of duties are approved. + Contribute to the deployment roadmap, cutover rehearsals, change management, and training materials definition and execution. + Coordinate with other SMEs and functional consultants to ensure alignment and seamless execution of H2R deliverables. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or transformation roles. + In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation & Variable Pay, Reporting, Workforce Planning, and integration with other SAP products (SAP Core, Payroll, Concur, Finance, etc.). + Proven track record of challenging the status quo and driving process improvements. + Previous experience in HR functions with a strong understanding of current GBU/GBS/Global function HR processes. **Why Join Syensqo?** Be part of a transformative initiative that will shape the future of our organization.
