Job Overview and Responsibilities:

ERP Rebuild program is a critical Syensqo initiative that will change the way we all work. It aims to deliver to Syensqo a set of simple, standard, and integrated business processes and data, enabled by the latest technologies and a robust organizational change management and training. The program will use the latest available technology, from automation to machine learning, with the goal of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the business and make Syensqo “future ready”. It will also provide real time reporting to enable quick and informed decision making, for which data quality and robust and seamless integration are vital. The ERP Rebuild  program offers a few opportunities for anyone who joins: (1) become future and digital ready, (2) be part of a forward-thinking team and (3) continue to play an important role within Syensqo as part of the management team once the program ends. The Hire to Retire SME role is a critical role , a member and contributor of/to the H2R team , reporting into the H2R Business Lead.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Contibutes to the H2R team activities and deliverables in accordance with Syensqo's code of conduct and program principles: standardization, simplification, process discipline, manage scope, effective change management, program governance and future proof solution. Reports  the progress in the weekly team meetings.  Raises timely risks and issues. Responsible , for the H2R Plan to Optimize Workforce process , by contributing on behalf of the GBS through timely fedback and input to : Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce optimization plan aligned with the ERP Rebuild Program objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of current workforce processes and systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of workforce optimization strategies into the ERP system. Provide expert guidance on best practices for workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on new workforce optimization processes and tools. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce optimization initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Act as a liaison between the ERP project team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Engage Global function to ensure : the defined business processes are aligned with HR Strategy and fit for purpose their solution understanding and readiness for the testing cycles timely sign off for all relevant deliverables Engage 3rd parties, i.e.  vendors, to ensure their understanding of the ERP Rebuild program and timeline and their readiness to support it. Work closely with the internal and external Audit to ensure the process controls and segregation of duties are signed off Contribute towards the deployment roadmap, cutover rehearsals, change management, including training materials definition and execution Work with the other SMEs and functional consultants to ensure the H2R deliverables are aligned with the rest of deliverables for a seamless end to end process definition and execution.

 

You will bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience Worked previously in the HR function. Good knowledge of the current GB/GBS/Global function HR processes. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP as a plus), workforce planning, and optimization principles. Knowledge of industry-specific workforce optimization challenges and solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in change management and training development. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proven track record of challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
