Our client, an innovative company in the digital transformation sector, is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of its ERP system in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

As an ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading the implementation, configuration, and customization of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system within the company. Collaborating with various internal stakeholders (finance, HR, logistics, etc.) to understand their needs and adapt the ERP system accordingly. Managing all project phases, from requirements gathering to go-live and user training. Coordinating with external vendors and technical teams to ensure the project is executed smoothly. Monitoring project budgets and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized. Identifying and resolving technical or functional issues related to the ERP system. Overseeing post-implementation support and continuous improvement of the ERP system. Providing regular project progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in ERP project management, ideally in a multi-site or international environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.). Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and risk management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Experience managing relationships with external vendors and ERP integrators. Knowledge of best practices in project management (agile or traditional methodologies). PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus.
