ERP Project OCM Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support the ERP Modernization program and ensure successful adoption of the implementation of the ERP Roadmap with processes and technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing change management strategies, communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to minimize resistance and maximize employee adoption.


Responsibilities May Include:

Support the development and execution of IT change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and communication strategies. Conduct change readiness assessments and provide insights to leadership. Work closely with business units, IT teams, and end-users to identify potential resistance points and develop mitigation strategies. Develop clear and concise communication materials (emails, presentations, FAQs, intranet content, etc.) to ensure effective messaging. Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance user understanding and adoption of IT changes. Coordinate training logistics, track participation, and assess training effectiveness. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change adoption and success. Gather and analyze feedback to improve change management initiatives. Work closely with IT project managers, business analysts, and HR teams to align change activities with project timelines. Support the Change Management Lead in executing OCM best practices.

 

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT change management, organizational transformation, or related fields. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter), and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze complex information, identify risks, and recommend solutions. 3+ years of experience developing training materials and leading training sessions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint). Experience with ERP system implementations, digital transformations, or enterprise software rollouts.


Preferred qualifications:

Prosci Change Management Certification ITIL Foundation Certification PMP or Agile Certification
