We are currently seeking an experienced ERP Senior Business Analyst in Manufacturing to implement and support projects, change requests, and enhancements. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, including MES, PLM, and other key stakeholders, to ensure that SAP Manufacturing processes operate smoothly and without issues 

You Will 

Analyze current systems thoroughly to identify areas for process improvement.  Collaborate with the business to identify existing gaps and implement effective process and system solutions.  Work with the PMO team on assigned projects from inception through deployment and hypercare.  Analyze requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications.  Draft functional specifications aligned with solution designs and process mapping.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary details for project implementation.  Act as a liaison between business and IT to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.  Participate in requirement gathering and document discussions for internal design.  Document functional specifications and test documents, uploading them to Confluence.  Provide proactive support for system transactions as needed.  Perform the required system configurations to enhance the system functionality. Actively assist the technical team with test data and participate in Integration and UAT testing activities. Handle project-specific tasks in addition to providing system support as required. 

You Bring 

Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree is preferred  5+ years of SAP experience  Solid experience in S/4 HANA Production Planning, including expertise in Quality Management or Material Management.  Proven track record with S/4 HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementations.   Experience with integrating MES systems for order execution and PLM systems for master data automation.  Strong understanding of production order scheduling and familiarity with tools like S/4 HANA PP/DS.  Experienced in implementing Fiori Tiles within S/4 HANA based on business requirements. 

Preferred Qualifications 

SAP Certification(s)  S/4 HANA implementation experience.  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical personnel  Automobile and/or manufacturing industry experience    At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
