CAR Job Description
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Act as “Subject Matter Expert” for supporting SAP CAR Investigate and resolve technical issues, errors. Fulfil user submitted enhancement Requests Answer customer functional questions Configure and Enhance CAR environment as requested. Support the integration of data from various sources into SAP CAR, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain data models within SAP CAR to support real-time analytics and reporting. Perform testing and work with business users as required for all system changes. Unit testing Integration testing User Acceptance testing Document business processes, system configurations, issue resolutions and new functionality Work with AMS team supporting SAP S/4 HANA environment. Perform knowledge transfer to CAR backup resource.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Minimum 4 + years of experience supporting SAP CAR module in S4 HANA environment. Strong knowledge of CAR configuration and integration including system setup, configuration, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Understanding of Point-of-Sale applications Understanding of SAP EWM integration Ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
SAP certification in CAR module
General requirements:
Work timings – 12 to 10 pm IST week days, On call support for P1 issues, 24x7
Nature of work – Provide Application Support, Maintenance & Enhancements as per the SLAs , with strong functional knowledge & experience and adequate technical skills in ABAP
Location - Hyderbad, Bengaluru , Chennai , any NTT DATA India office locations, ready to come to office based on RTO Guidelines though currently Hybrid
