Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented ERP Data Load Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to load purchase order (PO) information into the new ERP system from existing QuickBooks systems and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
+ Load PO information into the ERP system.
+ Conduct repetitive and detailed data entry tasks.
+ Meet daily transaction quotas.
+ Work onsite in a conference room setting
Essential Skills
+ Proficient in data entry.
+ Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
+ Familiar with PO processes.
+ Ability to search engineering vaults and other databases for information.
+ Critical thinking skills to solve problems related to missing or incomplete data.
+ Experience with ERP environments, especially item master and purchasing modules is a plus.
+ Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
+ Skilled in working with spreadsheets.
+ Excellent at creating detailed lists and organizing information.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team and create lists of PO conflicts.
Work Environment
Office setting with 8 hours per day working on a computer workstation. Tasks are repetitive and may be tedious. Work in a conference room with potentially tight quarters. Monday-Friday: Flexible hours around 8:00-4:30.
