Job Overview:

 

Based in our Richmond, VA facility, the ERP Systems Manager (US Region) will report directly to the Regional IT Director.  The ERP Systems Manager is responsible for supporting those Essentra businesses located in the Amercas with the implementation of ERP software, analyzing and standardizing business processes and IT project management.  This position interacts with all levels of personnel within the organization and requires the ability to travel both domestically and internationally.    

 

Specific responsibilities of the position will include:

 

Working with internal customers to establish and plan system project requirements Planning and delivery of ongoing business improvements in ERP system Handling the design and creation of project plans including deadlines, milestones, etc. Support training needs with regards to ERP system Support report creation using MS SQL reporting Provide maintenance, support and upgrades of finished projects/systems

Education and Work Experience qualifications must include:

BS in Computer/IT related field of study 5+ years of experience in working with ERP systems Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of MS SQL 2005/2008, MS SQL reporting and MS Access//SQL databases Knowledge of Fourth Shift or BPCs a plus Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong multi-tasking and problem solving abilities Strong presentation and training skills Ability to manage projects and work through challenges to ensure project completion

 

Personal qualifications should include:

Ability to be a team player and a self-starter Must possess a strong work ethic Strong interpersonal communication skills

 

·      ERP Consultant like PM/LEAD with at least 5 Years of  experience in Manufacturing Domain.

·      Nice to have experience with ERP “Fourth Shift” or Similar
